Position Summary:

- Lead your In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
- Ensure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team
- Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
- Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Lead the In Room Dining team in general operational tasks, allowing all associates to feel empowered to make an impact
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
