The role
The Manager, Partnerships is responsible for identifying, leading and managing complex and system-wide reform initiatives using a partnership approach. This role sits in the Partnerships team in the Reform Office, who are focused on strengthening collaboration and networks across the system and driving genuine partnerships to enable a shared commitment to health outcomes across our partners, including primary and community care, consumers, and between jurisdictions.
The successful person
The successful applicant will be a strong leader with experience leading complex projects. You will have a proven track record in engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across a range of sectors. You will have a demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality written materials, such as briefs and correspondence, for a range of audiences.
**The essential requirements for this role are**:

- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills based on experience building and leading highfunctioning teams
- strategic, conceptual, critical thinking, and analytical capability relevant to a range of
- health reform areas and a proven track record in identifying, negotiating, influencing, and
- implementing solutions to complex problems.
- project management skills, including the capability to develop, implement, analyse, and evaluate complex system wide projects that are time-critical.
