**About the Company**

Gain valuable real-life experience working with a large NSW government organisation as a Program Support Officer. This role is based in Eveleigh/WFH and is a 7 month contract paying up to $750

**About the Role**
- Provide program co-ordination and support to the Program/Product/Delivery Manager in managing large and complex activities, monitoring and reporting on various program streams activity status and impacts.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans
- Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate, support planning and monitoring of workforce related activities to support the project delivery.
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning
- Demonstrate analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, collating information and preparing documents to assist the product owner in achieving the project goals.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast paced, complex project environment.
- Ability to prioritise work in a high demand environment.
- Ability to track and report on deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated strong relationship building skills.
