**About the Department**:

**Your Role**:Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
- To assist with the coordination of executive correspondence through HR Branch, including distribution, receipting and tracking, to ensure correspondence is managed in line with quality standards and set timeframes.
- To use critical thinking to assess executive correspondence and ensure wholistic and well consulted advice is provided to the Assistant Directors-General.
- Consult with officers of the Department of Education at various levels and build collaborative relationships focussed on achieving positive outcomes for HR Branch and the department.
- Have an ability to provide well considered oral and written advice to the ADG on strategic priorities and emerging issues.
- Must have experience using a records management system such as Content Manager.
- This is an opportunity to work in a growing team and contribute to the development of high quality executive correspondence processed.
