**Your Day**
- Stepping in as operations team leader you will be responsible for ensuring the team is meeting deadlines whilst producing a high level of documentation and operational support.
- Along with training and developing team members you will also oversee work delegation, reconciliation and more.
- In addition your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify process improvements to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
