This role is working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment supporting policy statements and submissions to government on behalf of a prominent membership based organisation in the Health Sector.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Policy Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of Policy Officers/Advisors that generate policy advice and submissions to Government stakeholders in Australia (Federal) and the New Zealand. This role offers a very broad remit of policy areas in health and a hybrid working arrangement.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- The ability to effectively synthesize complex information and ideas
- Ability to manage your teams work priorities and multiple project deadlines
- Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- An attention to detail with strong editing and proof reading skills
