Return to Work Coordinator

The Return to Work Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to assist Dhelkaya Health with workplace injury and claims management processes and compliance with Return to Work (RTW) obligations in accordance with the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
The Return to Work Coordinator works with injured/ill employees, their managers and other key stakeholders to ensure a supported and timely return to work program. The role is responsible for maximising rehabilitation outcomes for employees and while maintaining a positive safety culture.
