At **BK’s Learn to Swim Clyde North**, we’re passionate about teaching kids vital water safety skills while creating an exceptional experience for families. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join us in a **full-time position that combines customer service, administration, and teaching**.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys variety in their day, and is committed to learning and being the best they can be.

**About the Role**

As a full-time team member, your role will be a mix of:

- **Customer Service** - greeting families, answering enquiries, managing bookings, and providing a friendly face at the front desk.
- **Administration** - maintaining records, handling enrolments, scheduling lessons, and supporting day-to-day operations.
- **Teaching** - delivering fun, safe, and engaging swim lessons to infants, toddlers, and young children.
- **Supervision & Staff Development** - mentoring swim teachers, providing feedback, supporting their growth, and ensuring teaching quality is consistently high.

You’ll be supported with training to deliver lessons and to learn our systems, but success in this role requires **self-motivation, adaptability, and a commitment to continual growth**.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- AUSTSWIM or equivalent qualification (or willingness to obtain with our support)
- Weekend availability

**Desirable**
- Current CPR certification
- Previous customer service or admin experience
