Social Procurement Reporting Analyst/Administrator

Job Summary

Lendlease is looking for a person to join the team, focussed on quantifying and reporting on its Social Procurement outcomes. This opportunity is suited to a process driven person with a head for numbers that is excited by an opportunity to create positive social impact.

With the increasing focus on the importance of measuring social impact, this is a growth area and an opportunity to work with a strong team focussed on social value and to contribute to the development and improvement of existing systems. The role is based in Lendlease’s head office, 699 Collins Street.

Responsibilities and Duties- This role will cover multiple projects and interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders.- Specifically, the role requires the collation of employment and spend data from Lendlease’s letting teams and subcontractor reporting into summary documents for each project. Through this process of collation, review of the information provided and feedback to the project teams / subcontractors should anomalies be identified.- Once collated, this information requires analysis to understand trends and identify areas for action by the broader teams (project and Regional Business Unit).- You will be working with and supporting project teams and reporting to the Social Sustainability Senior Project Manager.
