**Responsibilities**
- Provide level 1 & level 2 support to all PC & MAC users
- Ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of end-users
- Corporate setup and administration (Active Directory & Various Office 365 Services)
- Facilitate repair process for IT Hardware onsite
- Perform PC build and software installations
- Maintain IT Infrastructure system and monitoring of server, IT inventory and system health
- Ensure that all IT Operations operate smoothly and mínimal downtime
- Support Project implementations, as when required
- Maintain proper IT documentation
- Provide day to day incident/request, technical issues on hardware, software and network

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in an international environment
- Experience with Windows 10 operating system
- Experience working with ticketing system/helpdesk
- Experience with Office 365 Admin Portal and Active Directory user provisioning support
- Maintain healthy up to date IT assets and inventory
- Service and Maintain IT hardware and services onsite ensuring high availability uptime
- Hyper V knowledge is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of network topics
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and friendly appearance combined with a high service readiness
- Good in communication ability as well as implementing new state of IT technologies
- High reliability and discretion
- Experience in Windows Server, GPO, Hyper-V and Azure Cloud is a plus
