Exciting opportunity for 2 full time medical receptionists to join our team

Our busy clinic at Randwick, located in Prince of Wales Hospital, is seeking 2 medical receptionists to join our team. The roles are full time, permanent positions working Monday to Friday with 8.5 hour shifts scheduled between the core hours of 7:30am and 5pm and a scheduled RDO 1 day per fortnight. There is optional weekend work also available at one of our nearby clinics.

**What will you be doing**:

- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Driving the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers

**Key selection criteria**:

- Previous medical reception experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Have patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients
