Medical Receptionist

Are you ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Our Randwick clinic, nestled within the Prince of Wales, is looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to be a welcoming face of our team.

The role is a **full time position** working Monday - Friday, with 9 hour shifts between **7:30am-5pm**.

Working longer hours means you get one shorter shift of 8 hours and one rostered day off per fortnight

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists.
- Work across both our Hospital and MRI clinics, getting great exposure to the research department in the MRI Neuroscience building.

What we're looking for:
**Exceptional Communicator** - Clear and professional verbal and written skills are a must.

**Master Multitasker** - Strong organizational abilities to keep everything running like clockwork and confidence working across multiple systems and screens.

**Service Experience** - A background in customer service is essential, ideally with medical reception experience
