We are a fast-growing real estate sales & development company with a fun and friendly work environment. We’re looking for an **In-House Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team and help take our marketing efforts to the next level

**What We’re Looking For**:
This is an **on-site role** at our **Williams Landing office**, with flexibility to grow into a **full-time position** for the right person.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Marketing (Facebook & Instagram)**:

- Create, manage, and optimize **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads** to drive sales and brand awareness.
- **Plan and schedule content** based on product launches and upcoming projects.
- Design engaging posts, reels, and stories using **Canva** or similar tools.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance.

**Influencer Marketing**:

- **Research and reach out to influencers** that align with our brand.
- **Negotiate deals** with influencers to promote our projects.
- Build strong relationships with influencers to maximize brand exposure.
- Manage **SMS marketing** campaigns for customer engagement and retention.

**Graphic Design & Content Creation**:

- Design **graphics and promotional materials** using **Canva** or other design tools.
- Create **video content** for reels, stories, and ads.

**Event Planning**:

- Help organize **in-person events**, including finding venues, creating guest lists, and managing event logistics.
- Ensure all events run smoothly and align with brand goals.

**General Marketing Support**:

- Assist with **all sorts of marketing tasks**, including brainstorming ideas, planning campaigns, and improving our brand presence.
- Stay updated on **digital marketing best practices**.

**What You Need to Succeed**:
✔ **3-5 years of experience** in social media and digital marketing.
✔ Experience with **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager**.
✔ Strong skills in **graphic design tools like Canva**.
✔ Ability to **create engaging content**, including reels and stories.
✔ Confidence to **organize in-person events** and handle logistics.
✔ A **proactive, positive attitude** and a willingness to learn.
✔ Must be able to **work on-site in Williams Landing**- remote work is not available.

This is an incredibly autonomous role for a highly organised and proactive marketing professional to work within a company that is committed to extending their global reach through its online and marketing presence. A great business with a supportive culture and exciting future plans.

Multiple positions (Full time / Part Time / Casual) - Flexible working hours. There will be some flexibility around the working days as well.

Salary pro-rata based on experience.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
