We are currently looking for a Terminal Maintenance Manager in our Operations team.

**What you'll do**:
This opportunity doesn't come around very often Working in the heart of the terminals, you will lead and manage the delivery of all the maintenance services across all terminals and associated operational buildings including the newly built, Skybridge. A key aspect of this role will be managing the operation of the baggage handling systems and the development of contract specifications.

You will lead a very busy team of experienced technical specialists and you understand how to get things done whilst managing many different stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. And you will manage the terminal maintenance budgets and capital works program.

**About you**:
Having a trade background or Tertiary qualification or significant experience will be necessary. You will have previously managed teams, supporting complex infrastructure.

You are a skilled negotiator who is able to manage and monitor contractor performance. You are proficient in working with Excel and financial reporting tools and you have the ability to communicate (written and verbally) complex information in a way that others can understand.
