We are currently looking for a Terminal Maintenance Officer.

**What you'll do**:
Working within the busy Terminal Maintenance team, you will be contributing to the maintenance and operation of the Perth Airport terminal buildings. You will monitor, facilitate and carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities. The role involves interaction with customers and contractors where you will provide assistance, permit coordination and contractor supervision.

**About you**:
You have a trade qualification and significant experience in building fire protection. You’re familiar with building codes, regulations and relevant standards. You will be experienced in delivering high quality maintenance services within a complex building environment and have previously provided supervision to contractors.

You have broad experience in administering maintenance activities via a Maintenance Management System, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget. In addition, you have strong stakeholder management and communication skills. You love what you do and your commitment to safety and quality is paramount.

While this role is advertised as full-time, we are happy to consider requests for flexibility around working hours.
