**About the business and the role**

AiiMS is one of the fasting growing Premier Google Australia & is on the hunt to employ an SEO Expert to our growing team located in Sydney.

We are a leading marketing agency working with SME business owners across Australia & New Zealand.

We are seeking an in-house SEO expert who is based in Sydney and is highly competent at creating unique, custom SEO campaigns tailored to specific client needs.

They must be dedicated to SEO as a product, creative in their strategic approach and have the ability to document their implementation plan.

The right applicant will have complete autonomy to achieve results and will be managed according to outcomes, KPI's and deadlines. Our in house SEO team have the ability to craft their own strategies and showcase their results

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

The SEO Specialist' primary responsibility is to develop and execute effective SEO strategies and campaigns; deliver on client expectations time, and continually develop skills and technical knowledge.
- Create and document unique custom strategies
- Audit new and existing client websites and craft a custom solution.
- Assist with creating strategic client proposals
- Provide insight and guidance on SEO enhancements.
- Proactively research product and service industry advancements.
- Deliver projects and tasks with required timeframes.
- Liaise with other Specialists on the matter of client product requirements.
- Execute strategies on time.
- The ability to work on multiple client strategies at the one time
- Demonstrate knowledge of the digital market industry, products and services.

**Skills and experience**
- Knowledge of SEO & SEM
- Experience with Google Analytics & Console
- Basic HTML/programming skills are a bonus
- Excellent Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Previous Client management experience will be beneficial

**MUST BE SYDNEY BASED. WORK WILL NOT BE OUTSOURCED.**

Job benefits and perks

The SEO Specialist must be locally based near Parramatta. This role is in-house and will not be outsourced. The successful applicant will work in a fun and fasted paced environment with individuals all working to improve client campaigns.

On-site parking available.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
