About the Role:
As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and customization of our facility management software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design business processes, configure software modules, and deliver effective training and support. Additionally, you will be involved in data services, auditing, and the creation of custom workflows for integrations and client-specific activities.

Responsibilities:
1. CAFM Implementation:

- Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects of our Evolution, Reach, Connect, Workflow, and FSI Go software solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the software accordingly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within the MRI 4D framework.

2. Data Uploading:

- Manage data migration and uploading processes, ensuring accurate and transfer of data from legacy systems to our software platforms.
- Conduct data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities to maintain data integrity.

3. Business Process Design:

- Analyse clients' existing business processes and provide recommendations for optimisation and automation using our software solutions.
- Design and document efficient and streamlined workflows that align with clients' operational goals and objectives.

4. Writing Specifications for Product Changes:

- Collaborate with the product team to define and document clients' requirements for software enhancements and new features.
- Create comprehensive and clear specifications that serve as a basis for product development and customisation.

5. Software User Training:

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients' end-users on the effective utilization of our software solutions and conduct training sessions both on-site and remotely.

6. Second Line Support:

- Provide technical assistance to our client support team to investigate and resolve complex issues related to software functionality, configurations, and integrations.

Requirements:

- Qualifications in Computer Science or Information Technology, or experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft SQL and SQL Server
- Proficiency in configuring and customising software solutions to meet client requirements.
- Experience in implementing Evolution, Reach, Connect, Workflow, and FSI Go software solutions would be desirable.
- Knowledge of facility management processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of data migration and data management principles.
- Ability to write technical specifications and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in conducting software user training sessions is desirable
