**YOUR MISSION**:
The role is responsible for leading the Oceania functions of Inbound, Warehouse and Outbound Logistics across all channels of the business. Further to this, this role drives the effective execution of Supply Chain initiatives, projects and the strategic roadmap for Oceania.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Oceania Inbound, Warehouse and Logistics functions: Inbound, Warehouse & Logistics Management including Inbound Freight Forwarders, Custom Brokers, 3PL’s, Outbound Freight providers, Union, Sustainability and Occupational Health & Safety representatives
- Track and achieve performance targets including inbound, warehouse and freight KPI’s and 3PL adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements
- Lead Supply Chain projects across Oceania, including identification of key stakeholders, development of clear timelines, roles and responsibilities, communication and change management plans, and delivery on time and within budget
- Conduct analysis of overall Warehouse and Logistics performance and processes for better fact based decision-making and identification of areas of opportunity for process improvements within all functional areas
- Plan and execute staff performance management to ensure the team operates effectively and efficiently; ensure regular and effective communication (e.g. team meetings); plan, recruit, and manage team resources; set clearly defined and measurable department SLA’s & KPI’s and track and achieve challenging performance targets
