People & Culture Coordinator

**About the Role**:
As a key member of our People and Culture team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our staff across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives. Your ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and maintain a can-do attitude will help foster a positive environment where our team members - and the residents they care for - can thrive.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- A genuine passion for people and team wellbeing
- A positive, proactive mindset and approachable communication style
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a people-focused role (ideally in healthcare or aged care)
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices (desirable)
- Commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and integrity
