**About the role**
As a People Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring each employee’s journey is a positive experience—from onboarding through to offboarding. You'll be an essential member of our People Assist Team, blending administrative expertise with excellent communication skills to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- ** Onboarding Support**:Assist with the onboarding process by inputting and managing data across systems with meticulous accuracy.
- ** Payroll Collaboration**:Support payroll administration and work closely with the Payroll team.
- ** Compliance Oversight**:Maintain compliance by managing employee records across various HR systems.
- ** Administrative Excellence**:Provide high-quality support for projects, data entry, and document preparation.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure employees receive the necessary guidance and support.

**About you**

This position offers a competitive salary in accordance with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administration Employees Agreement 2023 and will be paid at Clerk C3 $95,33 p.a., plus superannuation and a 17.5% annual leave loading.
