**About the role**
This Large Australian Corporate law firm is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join their Melbourne office. Reporting to the Finance Manager the role you will be responsible for daily banking, monthly monthly bank reconciliations and maintenance of trust accounts. This is a permanent opportunity.
**The responsibilities**
- Bank reconciliations
- Entering client details and staff disbursements
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Following up on overdue payments with customers efficiently and politely / collections work
- Processing credit card reconciliations
- Reconciling debtors accounts; particularly with banking and receipting
- Assisting with month end billings
**The successful applicant**:
- Will have exceptional time management skills, and the ability to prioritize their workload in a logical way
- Confident processing bank reconciliations and allocating payments
- Possess excellent written and communication skills
- Be a team player; able to liaise effectively with other existing team members to maximize productivity
- Have confident excel skills
- Previous experience in Law firms would be an advantage
