Finance and Administration Controller

We are Complete Colour Printing and Adams Print, based in Cheltenham and Geelong and operating for over 130 years. We are a highly awarded business with a reputation for absolute quality products, and we are looking for a Finance and Administrator professional to join our business at our Head office in Cheltenham. This is an on-site position.

This role will incorporate the key areas of the Business Finance and Administration. A full-time salary based position is on offer, comprising Monday to Friday work hours within the office environment.

About the Role

Finance & Accounting – Management reporting (profit & loss, balance sheet and accruals), Debtors & Debtor collection, Creditors, Banking and Cashflow Management, Payroll, Government compliance

Business Administration Management – responsible for all the general day to day administration matters of the business including support in an EA capacity to the MD

What You'll Need

Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of financial accounting principles, experience using MS office products, with higher level Excel skills and MYOB accounting experience while not essential a definite advantage.

A desire to learn new skills and develop further business systems, practices and processes within the administration function of the business with the goal of streamlining the operations

A willingness to create a proactive workplace, to lead and train other team member, and present a positive desire to achieve excellence in process that will enable the growth of the business

The leadership skills, and the desire to achieve results, drive improvement and advance change.
