- High end, specialised spirits products with a growing portfolio
Our client is a fast-growing beverage focused Hospitality Group with an impressive portfolio of products and high-end, enviable venues. This newly created role will be responsible for growing the presence, activation and trial of their spirits portfolio, across key venues across Sydney Metro and NSW based national hospitality groups.
You will primarily be working in the on-premise channel however will work closely with the National Sales Manager on strategic independent retail as required. Together you will collaborate and strategise on the portfolio, brand placement and direction for growth.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing state on premise key accounts and groups
- Drive sales growth, product distribution and promotional activity
- Implementing on premise strategy, training and development
- Sharing channel plan within the State team to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment with strategic goals
- Ensuring accurate product forecasting and stock requirements
- Actively seeking new business opportunities in line with the national on premise channel and brand strategies
- Conducting regular customer reviews across brand and category
- Maintaining current sales data, trends, threats, opportunities
- Implementing brand activation and promotional programs within key on premise accounts
It is expected that you are currently working in an on premise role in the liquor/beverages category with existing on premise customer relationships. You could be an experienced KAM with a passion for spirits or an highly experienced on-premise sales professional ready to step up.
