**Your New Role**

You will work in a high-performing Design team within the Home Building and Residential Communities unit. Reporting to the Design Director.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Provide innovative, drawings and documentation for the SHAWOOD brand
- Providing CGI’s, walk throughs, and presentation documentation as needed by the Design Department
- Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate the drafting process in conjunction with the designers
- Provide drawings and documentation in line with design briefs for product development and presentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations and design guidelines.

**About You**
- Demonstrated substantial experience in delivering CAD files for residential projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture/ Building Design
- Good Presentation Skills
- Experience in ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Indesign and or other 3D software packages
- Good level of understanding in building codes and standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
