**About the role**
- The role of the Draftsperson is to produce and coordinate drafting documentation to support the production of homes. This includes the coordination and overlay of civils and services, maintaining home design matrix, and all master files and ensuring best practice compliance is met.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist in the preparation of yield and masterplan studies to inform project feasibility modelling
- Produces sections to resolve site grading and infrastructure set outs
- Coordination of services and civil plans with internal and external stakeholders
- Plotting of product onto masterplan in coordination with civils & services
- Produce Master Home Design Sets (Working Drawings)
- Checking a range of drawings to ensure compliance, ensuring all drawings meet required regulations and building codes
- Develops and maintains National Home Design Matrix
- Produces conceptual sketches
- Participates in design reviews and adopts key learnings.
- Document Control and filing
- Maintain and add to National construction detail book

**About You**- Architectural or Drafting qualifications and minimum 5 years practical experience
- **Must** be proficient with Revit- Experience in AutoCAD is preferable but not essential-
- Possess excellent knowledge of the NCC & Australian Standards- Strong attention to detail- A sound knowledge of Construction methodologies- A proven record of working with master-planned residential projects, construction and design- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal-
- Exposure to Land lease sector desirable not essential- Proficiency to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects
