**About the role**

City of Parramatta is seeking two experienced and motivated Team Leaders for our Civil Works unit. You will lead operational team members and supervise contractors delivering services that maintain and improve Parramatta’s civil infrastructure assets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Mentoring new starters and other team members, undertaking the day-to-day management of staff and their assigned tasks
- Ensure a safe workplace for your team and all works undertaken
- Undertake planning, goal setting, task and resource allocation for the team
- Adapt to changing priorities

**About You**

Qualifications Required:

- Minimum Cert III in Civil Construction or Equivalent
- MR Drivers Licence (minimum)
- Current TCR and IMP traffic controller certificate _(or the ability and willingness to obtain)**What’s on offer**

We are offering an attractive salary package from $70,195 to $77,303 plus 10.5% superannuation.
