**About the role**

An incredible opportunity awaits you to join our Capital Project Delivery Team as the Supervisor Projects. As a leader, you will be at the forefront of leading the Project Management Team and play a pivotal role in delivering our annual capital works program, with a focus on achieving our time, financial and program completion objectives. **About You**

With extensive experience in supervising teams and managing projects and programs, you display a set of honed negotiation and communication skills with diverse clients and stakeholders. Showcasing your expertise in civil, landscape, and building construction techniques, you can effectively interpret engineering and technical designs and display strong negotiation and advocacy in people management. Additionally, your excellent report writing, budgeting, financial, and problem-solving skills make you an asset to any project or team
- Hold a recognised degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or other related discipline.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, advocacy and people management skills
- Have a class “C” Drivers Licence.

Although not essential, it is preferable that applicants have Local Government Experience.

**What’s on offer**

We are offering an attractive salary from $131,517.07p.a. plus superannuation.

This position is also eligible to receive the 3.5% **Civil Liability Allowance **.

Participation in Council’s **Motor Vehicle **Scheme will be discussed with the successful applicant.
