We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Head Barista/Supervisor. Located in the bustling Southbank area, our cafe is known for its vibrant atmosphere, delicious coffee, and top-notch customer service. As the Head Barista/Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise barista staff to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering excellence in every cup
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure setting
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Brisbane, QLD 4101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
