**Primary purpose of the role**

To assist with data collection from participating hospitals and clinicians’ rooms, in addition to follow-up of participating men to administer and collect quality of life information. This role will be engaged to work in the clinical quality registry aimed at improving the care and outcomes for patience diagnose with severe case.

**Key accountabilities**
- Ensure that data collection is accurate and reliable clinical patterns of care data from participating hospitals and clinics in accordance with agreements and ethical guidelines; Liaising where required to rectify any discrepancies or gaps in supplied data
- Achieving project deadlines and milestones to the required standard and targets
- Balancing the competing needs and diverse expectations of stakeholders

**Essential requirements**
- Demonstrated experience in data management preferably within a Health environment
- Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
- Knowledge of the Healthcare system and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act
- Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience
- Experience in clinical or research data collection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Moderate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Must be willing to travel throughout NSW on a regular basis*
- Role required to occasionally work out of hours to attend meetings or data collection visits
