**About the Assignment**

The Land Access Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Santos’ compliance with financial and contractual commitments made to landholders are met. This will be achieved through the analysis of contractual documents, supporting information and the financial commitments.

Tasks include:

- Preparation and drafting of Land Access contracts and documentation.
- Analysis and processing of Landholder Annual Compensation.
- Execution of a variety of Land Access notices.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Control of land access contracts and documents.
- Ensure the reliability and accuracy of all landholder and contract information including timeframes and review dates.
- Responsible for the Upstream Water and Gravel Volumes payments to landholders on a monthly basis.

This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.

Location for this assignment is Brisbane, working full-time office hours.

**About You**
- High level computing skills and the ability to effectively utilise support systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning and workload prioritisation skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Contract, finance, accounting and/or paralegal experience
- Understanding of the resources sector and the supporting land access regimes in place
