To meet our growing demands, we are looking for an
**Access Advisor** to join our team for a 12-month contract.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the Team Lead Access Agreements**, you will lead the delivery of land access agreements through drafting and negotiating Conduct and Compensation Agreements (CCAs) and other agreements or notices as required.

This is a
**Brisbane based position** and may require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

In addition, you will:

- Plan, prepare and lead in the development of negotiation strategies to ensure access to land by providing technical assistance and direction to the Land Liaison Officers and other teams as required.
- Maintain a high standard of contract compliance, including input to databases to ensure appropriate contract management and supporting quality assurance to ensure compliance and quality documents are produced.
- Plan prepare and facilitate the strategy of engagements with third parties required to obtain access agreements through the establishment and management of the negotiation process and all key interactions with third parties.
- Coordinate with relevant internal staff as required to support the delivery of land access work tasks and commitments by maintaining current knowledge on legislative and policy changes which impact land access requirements.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safey environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.

**About You**

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
- To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

- University degree in relevant field (commerce, law, business or related field);
- Proven success in managing the negotiation of agreements;
- Proven skills working productively with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong skills in critical thinking, analysis and reasoning;
- CSG or resource industry experience is preferred but not essential;
- Experience practicing law is desirable.
