Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Access & Approvals Coordinator to join our team.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the Team Lead Access Approvals**, you will integrate heavily across Arrow to coordinate Access & Approvals Packages (AAP) to meet scheduled timeframes within the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) and legislative compliance.

This is a Brisbane based position and may require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

**In addition you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Coordinate the delivery of AAPs through the establishment of the required group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Project Managers (PMs) and planners and the management of AACS and the access schedule to progress key steps of the access and approvals process.
- Coordinate the execution of all key meetings and interactions required of the end to end access and approvals process.
- Coordinate the strategy for all key interactions between SMEs, PMs and planning staff to ensure correct information is provided throughout the process.
- Coordinate the delivery of a compensation budget for every impacted landholder and AAP by managing compensating budget and valuation process.
- Coordinate the strategy for support of staff using AACS and for key improvements to the system through consultation with all relevant stakeholders.

**About You**

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Relevant university degree or equivalent industry experience;
- Proven experience in contract administration or project management;
- Ability to influence multiple parties towards a common goal with effective stakeholder engagement;
- Proven negotiation skills;

**Desirable**:

- Proven experience within a land access role
- CSG industry or resources sector experience
