**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Help Uncle’s Smallgoods Open their second Deli outlet

Work with one of Melbourne’s leading food manufacturers obsessed with making Ham, Bacon, Sausages and Smoked Salmon of the highest quality.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Deli Manager to join our team and carve out the success of a brand new outlet in a bustling supermarket area of Knox city. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in working with the larger manufacturing business and have ultimate responsibility overseeing daily operations, managing staff, reporting feedback and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**YOU MUST**:

- Have Deli experience and must be confident in slicing deli meats. This will be the first thing you will be asked to do at the interview process.
- Be passionate about food and have an enthusiastic positive infectious attitude.
- Be a good communicator with the ability to report and present to managers regularly.
- Be a strong multi-tasker, manage time and work in a fast pace environment.

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**:

- Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Operations Management: Help maintain inventory levels, ensure merchandise displays are appealing, and manage stock rotation.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Sales Performance: Collaborate with the Management to meet sales targets, analyze trends, and implement strategies for increased profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in scheduling, timesheet management, and other administrative duties as needed.

Pay: $52,471.90 - $78,953.15 per year
