Who are we?

You may know us for our famous Coffees and flavourful Slurpees, but we are stepping it up a notch in satisfying our customers taste buds, establishing ourselves to be the new food destination in the convenience market offering ‘Johnny’s Deli’, our new range of Hot Deli Sandwiches.

7-Eleven is one of Australia's largest family and corporate owned businesses with more than 700 convenience stores and 8,800 team members located in communities around Australia. We want YOU to help us deliver on our new food journey.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally previous experience in a customer-facing food or other hospitality environment, but this is a great step for those who may be inexperienced, as we can provide the training to those with the right mindset.

We are looking for people who have:

- Great attitude - Willingness to learn, adapt and work as a team.
- Customer focus - Ensuring the customer journey is front of mind.
- Situational awareness - Ability to solve problems proactively.
- Passion - A genuine passion and care for food.

We will provide you with tailored on the job training, to help build you into our in-store foodie expert, in this role you will be required to deliver food service and an extraordinary experience to our customers.
