**The Opportunity**:
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help clients make better decisions by delivering innovative and effective rewards solutions to clients across our four key industry portfolios - financial services, technology, energy & resources and not-for-profit. You will support our growing practice and can work virtually from any location in Australia and New Zealand.

As an Associate Consultant, you will provide analytic support and delivery of diverse project work in areas such as employee rewards, executive remuneration, people strategy and corporate governance. You will receive broad experience and exposure across industry portfolios and be mentored by Industry and Technical leaders. You will be supported in growing your consulting capability to design, enhance and implement human capital solutions for clients.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Support and manage the delivery of project work of varying size and complexity
- Support industry leaders with producing content and thought leadership
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate and enhance people solutions that address client needs
- Actively participate and contribute to our collaborative learning culture within Human Capital Solutions

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have a background in a similar hands-on consulting role, with at least one year of experience in analytics, rewards design and implementation.

We will also be looking for:

- Ability to develop conclusions and fact-based advice from data and analytics
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and advice verbally and an in writing
- Team spirit - you enjoy working with others to achieve common goals
- Agility to pivot across different industries
- Open-mindedness and intellectual curiosity, with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement
