Infor’s Early Talent Program helps recruit and onboard individuals new to the software industry, including recent graduates, veterans, and those changing careers or reentering the job market. - Manage the technical customer relationship for all facets of the integration including, but not limited to, requirements clarification, integration testing, load testing, giving demos, upgrading software, and responding to Customer needs for technical information.
- Work closely with product and engineering in delivering enterprise-level solutions to customers through problem solving, testing, and code delivery.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary.
- Work with development engineers, product managers, account managers and other departments to understand the technology resolve problems
- Position may require some travel and some availability for off-hours support required.

- Newly graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing or ERP Systems Management
- Driven and results-oriented personality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A “can-do” attitude with strong analytical skills and a passion to learn & grow
- Be proficient in English, any additional languages is beneficial
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- International experience from studies is nice to have
- Willingness to domestic and international travel
