**The Role**

We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated finance graduate with a passion for IT, to fill a full-time role within our Corporate Performance Management team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement where work will be undertaken both from home and our modern CBD offices.

Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager, the Associate Consultant will be responsible for the technical, functional and business outcome aspects of a project. They will maintain excellent communication throughout the delivery phase of the customer engagement process and be an expert in knowledge applicable to the relevant software and industry.

**Accountabilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Participation in consulting engagements as necessary
- General IT support, development and consulting activities

**Skills & Experience**:

- A degree qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT or Engineering
- Experience working within the IT industry
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of TM1, Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan (desirable)

- Experience with programming languages (eg. SQL, javascript, VBA, python - desirable)
- Experience working with deadlines and knowing escalation points
- Passion for problem solving in an IT setting
- Drive and strong initiative
