**Your new role awaits**

Our AR team is on the lookout for an **Accounts Receivable - Billings Officer **to join us at Coates Corporate Office in Mascot, which is conveniently located a short two-minute walk from Mascot Train Station and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and gyms.

Reporting directly to the AR Billings Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for submitting invoices to the Coates’ top and mid-tier customer accounts, ensuring that invoicing has been completed within the Coates timelines, and relationship management is efficiently maintained.

You’ll also have the option to work from home 2 days a week.

**A typical day for you**
- Entering invoices via portals, such as Ariba
- Accurately recording and executing Cher Reports, Invoice Detail Reports, Site IQ Reports, Summary Invoicing
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Customer account and relationship management
- Taking part in user testing of new AR processes and technologies

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Excellent verbal and written communication is essential
- High accuracy and analytical skills
- Pro-active, self-starter, and able to work autonomously without constant supervision
- Keen to learn new methods and technologies
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices within SLA’s
- MS Office skills including intermediate Excel
- Familiarity with Ariba and other portals is beneficial
- Certification in finance or credit management is beneficial
