The Cyber Security Delivery Lead (SDL) is the primary point of contact for the delivery of Cyber Security services and security compliance to the customer. The SDL is responsible for assuring that the security compliance of services and obligations is met for any in-scope service delivery for the account. This includes overseeing the security compliance of DXC’s service centres as they deliver to the customer and managing oversight of all Cyber Managed Security services delivered to the account. The SDL will represent DXC for the client on all IT Security and Compliance matters and will engage other Cyber resources as necessary to fulfil this obligation.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience in any IT Domain. Any of the following industry certifications CISSP, CISM, CISA, CGEIT or a Degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security is preferred.

**What you will be doing in this role**:

- Develop a deep relationship with the client based on trust, delivery, execution to drive service excellence, consistent security compliance and ultimately sales.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business and IT Security Risk & Compliance Management strategies; and deliver Cyber Security services accordingly.
- Ensure that Cyber Security capabilities provide maximum opportunity to support account expansion goals, including assisting in opportunity identification; strategy and service offering development; proposal writing; and client presentations.
- Work with DXC Account Delivery Lead (ADL) on Security Service delivery and security operational matters, and directly supporting the Client Executive on security and compliance matters affecting the account.
- Coordinate investigation, management, and response to all security incidents with impacts to the account and/or the client and keeping current with all security incidents and responses in other regions.
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments, audits and other security scans on the customers infrastructure.
- Collaborate with service delivery management to provide oversight of Identity and Access management services, validates access credentials, and reviews access control list eligibility.
- Exercise governance and management oversight of all DXC leveraged security and compliance services.
- Develop and promulgate account security and compliance policies and procedures, supporting the account as well as DXC subcontractor personnel and suppliers.
- Lead the development of a security culture that promotes valuing, protecting, and using information and assets correctly.
- Ensure that security practices and procedures comply with the law and client-specific policies and procedures.
- Define and implement a security strategy and operational framework aligned to achieving contract deliverables.
- Own the security architecture function with other stakeholders.
- Performing Gap Analysis between DXC Security Policies and customer Security Policies that relate to the in-scope services to be provided by DXC.
- Produce and present regular security reporting for all in-scope services.
- Establish and maintain a Risk Register to identify, monitor and communicate inherent, emerging, and realised risk. Ensuring risks are managed as part of the holistic risk management processes.
