**Role: Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert**
**Location: Canberra, ACT**
**Employment Type: Contract**
**Security Clearance Mandatory**:NV1 Security Clearance**

**Roles And Responsibilities**:
The **Cyber Security SME** should have:

- Demonstration of comprehensive knowledge of **ICT and Cyber Security technologies** and best practices by having **3+ years’ experience** in similar role within a medium/large size organization.
- Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organizations including certification in any of the following**:CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs**:

- Demonstrated experience in **implementing Government ICT **outsourcing arrangements, including experience in **requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation**.
- Demonstrated experience in **implementing Cyber Security services** across large scale **ICT delivery environment**, including within Government.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
- Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills. The ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations and outcomes is essential.
- The ability to present information and communicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
- Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail. This includes the ability to plan, coordinate, and track the progress of various activities within agreed timelines.
