This prestigious Not-For-Profit organisation based in Melbourne’s CBD provides housing, employment and medical care for youths experiencing homelessness. An Operations Manager position has become available to lead operations across crucial functions of the organisation.

**Your new role**

Reporting into the Head of Youth Homelessness Services, this role will be responsible for day-to-day operations management of the centre to ensure program success. Further, you will be tasked with:

- Navigating service agreements and monthly reporting across the range of programs the centre oversees
- Accountability for ensuring optimal program performance in alignment with predetermined targets
- Collaborating with direct reports to provide high-quality leadership, coaching, supervision, and performance appraisals to all employees

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be a resilient and accomplished Operations Manager with a background working in homelessness or similar sensitive area, supported by:

- A proven track record leading high performing teams with a sound understanding of best practice principles
- Demonstrated experience spearheading programs to achieve outstanding results, encompassing strategic staffing, budget management, comprehensive reporting, and robust accountability measures
- An ability to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
