**About the Company**
Davidson Technology are currently partnering with a large Queensland State Government department that moves and connects people, places, goods and services safely, efficiently and effectively across Queensland.

They plan, manage, and deliver Queensland's integrated transport environment to achieve sustainable transport solutions for road, rail, air and sea.

We are seeking a A07 Organisational Change Manager for an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month potential extensions. This role will be based in Carseldine, with hybrid work from home arrangements.

**About the Role**
In this role, you will be dedicated to lead and effectively manage the change management activities related to the ICT enabled projects, utilising the ICT OCM Framework.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing organisational change management and communications strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

You will be on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

You will be required to:

- Identify and engage with project stakeholders to assess the business impacts of the change in the areas of technology, organisational, people and processes.
- Create change management strategy providing strategic and tactical advice
- Lead a small team of resources for the organisational change management training and communication activities required to support the implementation phase of the project if applicable
- Have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Complete the initial complexity assessment to scope out the level of change required.
- Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers

**About You**

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Organisational Change Manager or Change Manager/Analyst (Experience commensurate with A07 level)
- Qualified Prince2, Prosci cert (Desirable)
- Proven and extensive experience in an agile and complex working environment.
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal formats - proven ability to comfortably communicate technical and business concepts to a range of audiences
- Demonstrated skills in critical thinking in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt.

**The Benefits**
This opportunity offers you an initial 12-month contract with possible 2 x 12-month extensions, and an hourly rate of $100 - $110 per hour + Superannuation (negotiable).

The client offers flexible working conditions split between work from home and their Carseldine based office.
