**About the role**:
As a full time**Clinical Manager, you will be at the forefront of Rockpool’s commitment to reimagine aged care. Working in collaboration with an exceptional leadership team, you will lead the clinical team delivering exceptional, person-centred care in a dynamic, state-of-the-art environment.

**About you**:

- **You are an AHPRA registered nurse** with at least five years of clinical post-grad experience, preferably in the aged-care setting.
- **You are a passionate clinical leader** who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Y**ou have strong clinical knowledge** and experience in managing complex care needs, clinical governance, and compliance in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- **You thrive in leadership roles,** with the ability to mentor, empower, motivate and support a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence in care delivery.
- **You are solutions-focused and proactive,** with strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- **You value relationships** and bring a warm, respectful approach when engaging with residents, families, and staff.
- **You demonstrate a growth mindset**and commitment to ongoing learning; postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
