Motel Manager -Full Time Comfort Inn North Brisbane

Comfort Inn North Brisbane is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy accommodation facility located in Carseldine, Queensland.

About the Role:
As the Motel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the motel, maintaining high standards of guest service, and managing the overall operations to maximise occupancy and profitability.

You may be required to work in motels in various locations from time to time, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily motel operations including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services
Manage budgets, financial records, and inventory
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
Supervise and train staff to ensure service excellence
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in accommodation or hospitality management
Have a related qualification in Hospitality Management
Proven experience supervising staff and managing customer service operations
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business management are desirable

- 10 hour shift
