Delivery Lead

The RBA are seeking a dynamic Delivery Lead to join our IT Service Management Platform Team on a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract. In this critical role, you will oversee the testing and change management of our IT Service Management platform. You will manage a team of developers and work closely with the Technical Solution Lead, external managed services support team, System Administrator, and Platform Manager.

About the role
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to best practices within an Agile framework.
- Platform Management: Collaborate with the Technical Solution Lead and support team to manage and resolve platform issues, keeping the platform up to date with the latest features and security patches.
- Agile Development and Delivery: Assist in developing and implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high code quality. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage development tasks.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage demand, and provide updates on progress, testing, risks, and issues.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure changes follow structured testing and change management processes to minimise risk.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends to ensure the platform evolves with industry best practices.

About you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and Scrum Master certification.
