**About the Role**
Ventia is seeking a proactive and experienced **Asset** **Planning Lead** to join our Defence & Social Infrastructure (D&SI) Asset Management team. In this key role, you will lead and coordinate asset planning activities across contracts, ensuring maintenance, inspections, and repairs are scheduled and resourced effectively. Your work will ensure assets are maintained to the highest standards, supporting operational efficiency and aligning with Ventia’s strategic goals.
**This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Cremorne head office.**

**About You**
You are a detail-oriented and strategic planner with:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in asset management or maintenance planning, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of CMMS, ERP systems, and planning tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- A collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teams
