**About the Role**

Ventia is seeking an experienced and strategic **Asset Data Lead** to join our Defence & Social Infrastructure (D&SI) Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in driving data integrity, governance, and innovation across asset-related digital platforms. You will lead the development and implementation of data frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support decision-making through advanced analytics. Your work will directly contribute to Ventia’s goal of becoming an industry-leading asset management provider.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Cremorne head office.

**About You**

You are a data-driven professional with a passion for asset management and digital innovation. You bring:

- A bachelor’s degree in data management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in asset data management, governance, and analytics
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools
- Familiarity with asset tracking technologies and standards like ISO 55000
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative mindset and strategic thinking to align data initiatives with business goals
