**12 months part time contract role with possible extension.**:

- **Attractive hourly pay rate $200/hour + Super.**:

- **7.5 hours per day. **3 days per week.**:

- **Work location**:Dickson / Ginninderry.**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Joint Venture development project.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Oversight of relevant activities and projects and providing regular reporting to the Minister’s Office, Board, Cabinet, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director on the program and development projects.
- Providing strategic advice on the delivery of key performance indicators and opportunities that may improve the performance of Group, Program or Project objectives.
- Providing advice to the Development Director and wider, including the provision of advice on related land development and projects to Board, Cabinet, Chief Executive Officer, Executives, and key government and non‑government stakeholders.
- Participating in meetings with a broad range of stakeholders, including statutory authorities and other Government agencies, private entities, and community groups. This will also include attending and participating in public meetings.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Demonstrated ability in the required accountabilities to strategically deliver complex land development projects, including to plan, organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated experience in working on a joint venture project within the land development industry.
- Demonstrated ability in identifying emerging issues and risks within projects, providing strategic direction to address the issues and mitigate risks, with a strong understanding of government, commercial, financial, legal, technical, social, and environmental drivers.
- High level experience and ability to evaluate the performance of projects, make sound, well informed decisions, and influence outcomes through innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate at a senior level with both a Government and Private Sector environment (e.g. Minister Office, Board, Cabinet, Executives, and Industry) with high level written and oral communication skills.
