**About the Role**:
As our **Strategic Policy Advisor**, you won’t just be writing reports. You’ll craft strategies that influence policy at the highest levels of government and work closely with key players across the health and social sectors. This role offers you the autonomy to research, analyse, and craft insights that will directly impact the lives of countless Australians.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Be the Architect of Change**: Design and advocate for programs that resonate with the needs of rural and regional communities.
- **Dive Deep into Research**: Stay ahead of the curve by tracking trends and developments in Australia’s health landscape. Your insights will drive our strategies and keep us at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
- **Collaborate with the Best**: Work alongside our Chief Officers, Business Innovation Unit, and external stakeholders to create ground breaking solutions that address the unique challenges faced by rural and regional Australians.
- **Transform Challenges into Opportunities**: Translate operational issues into powerful policy messages that drive change. Your work will directly contribute to achieving Marathon Health’s strategic goals.
