An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Hollywood team as a **Medical Receptionist **based at our busy Hollywood Hospital branch.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- The ability to multitask and adapt swiftly in busy situations
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Established computer literacy skills

Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
